Do you warranty your service?
Yes, we warranty our services on projects and labor. We also take the warranty one step further by providing the Qdigital Promise. We promise that service will always be provided at the highest level or it's on us. You should never need it, but it is good to know it is there.
What are your hourly rates?
We market the value and quality of our services as our strength, but our prices aren't bad either. Hourly rates for small businesses generally range from $99 to $159 per hour depending on the complexity level of the work needed and varying price plans. Generally appointments are scheduled for the next business day, although sometimes appointments are scheduled same day. Our on-site emergency-service response averages 2 hours for non Service Agreement clients and 1 Hour for Service Agreement clients. We can also provide faster response times with remote resolution.
